Silver clay is amazing - shape it, fire it and it's silver!

  • Starts 7 Nov
  • 120 British pounds
  • Jewellery Workshops

Silver clay is a fantastic medium for creating silver jewellery, its versatility allows you to create incredibly intricate patterns with relative ease. Like the name suggests, it's a clay like material that can be shaped just like any other form of clay but when it's fired (with a torch) it becomes solid silver and can even be hallmarked as fine silver (99.9%). This full day workshop allows you plenty of time to really get to grips with the processes and skills you'll learn. As it's such a versatile medium you really can make a range of jewellery, from pendants and charms to earrings, you'll come away with some gorgeous pieces to take home. Who is it for? Beginners onwards. Please note that a good level of dexterity and eyesight is required. Over 16s with accompanying adult.
