Prepare to be amazed by clay that turns into silver. Learn the basics and more on this 6 week course. This is a fantastic introduction to working with silver clay as well as covering some advanced techniques that can really elevate your work. Please note: We break for half term after week 4, so the sessions are as follows: 07.05.25 14.05.25 21.05.25 04.06.25 11.06.25 18.06.25 Who is it for? Beginners onwards. Please note that a good level of dexterity and eyesight is required. Over 16s with accompanying adult. What will I learn? We'll work on various projects to allow you to learn the following skills: Working with silver clay in wet and dry forms Syringe clay Working with hollow forms Ring making in silver clay Stone setting Adding colour to your work What's included All the equipment and materials you need are provided. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided. What shall I bring? Reading glasses if you use them and if you have magnifying glasses please bring these also. Closed toed shoes are advisable and please tie long hair back and avoid loose flappy clothes.
